1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all online sales offered by MA/RÉ on the website www.mareparis.com ("the Site").
The Site allows users ("Buyers") to purchase clothing and accessories ("Products").
These GTCS define the terms of sale, delivery, and the rights and obligations of the parties. They take precedence over any other terms not expressly accepted by MA/RÉ. They are accessible and printable at any time from the Site.

3. Legal Capacity and Acceptance
The Site is accessible to individuals of legal age with full legal capacity.
Legal entities must act through a representative with such capacity.
The Buyer accepts the GTCS by checking the corresponding box during checkout. Any conditional acceptance is null and void.
4. Product Description
Product features are detailed on the Site. Images are representative; slight variations may occur.
Products are subject to availability.
5. Ordering
Add Products to the cart, confirm the order, receive confirmation email.
Buyer ensures all contact/delivery info is accurate.
6. Price and Payment
Prices in euros, including VAT.
Shipping fees extra, shown before payment.
Payment by credit card or PayPal.
MA/RÉ may suspend/cancel orders for non-payment or fraud.
7. Delivery
Delivery in France and internationally.
Carrier: La Poste / Colissimo.
Buyer provides accurate info and collects package.
Delivery times: 3–5 business days in France, 5–10 business days internationally.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Buyer has 14-working day withdrawal period from receipt of Products.
Products returned intact, original packaging, with invoice.
Return shipping cost borne by Buyer.
MA/RÉ refunds full amount paid (excluding return shipping) within 14 days of receiving returned Products.
9. Legal Warranty
Buyer benefits from legal warranties under French Consumer Code for non-conformity and hidden defects.
Notify MA/RÉ of defects, return Products; MA/RÉ covers return shipping.
MA/RÉ replaces or refunds within 14 days.
10. Buyer Obligations
Responsible for choice/use of Products.
Safeguard account info and personal data.
11. Liability
MA/RÉ not liable for indirect damages, force majeure, temporary site unavailability, or connection issues.
12. Intellectual Property
Site content protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction prohibited.
13. Personal Data
Data collected per GDPR for order processing.
Buyer may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability.
14. Mediation
Consumers may use CM2C or EU ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) for disputes.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
French law applies.
Competent courts: Paris, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
